Summary:
Aizen states that all the battles that Ichigo had up until now were part of his plan and he has been watching Ichigo ever since he were born. Aizen is about to explain why Ichigo is so special when suddenly Isshin shows up in shinigami form.

What is this, "Surprise Returns Week" for the big three WSJ series? Shanks show up in One Piece, Tsunade wakes up in Naruto, and now Isshin shows up in Bleach. Anyways, I welcome this new development since it'll make things more interesting. Isshin was bound to show up eventually. Aizen didn't give the full explanation for his plan, but we know it somehow involves Ichigo being half shinigami and half something else (human? hollow?). That's probably what makes Ichigo super strong. I want to see where Aizen is going with this though, and also I'm looking forward to learning about Isshin as the captain-class shinigami that nobody bothers to mention. Gotei 13 probably stricken Isshin's name from the record books because he ditched them and married a woman.
In the Bleach manga when Ichigo battles Kuchiki Biakuya there is a part when Biakuya is reminded of a certain revolutionary...
ReplyDeleteThere is another part where this "revolutionary" or "rebel" is mentioned. We could argue that they should have know the name is Kurosaki, but still... What if everyone's memories where wiped out about the name of this misterious men...
I think Aizen is going to reveal that Ichigo is a perfect hybrid of a Shinigami and Hollow. This probably has something to do with his mother who i hypothesize was a hollow from the beginning(i know this sounds fishy hollow + shinigami = megatron?).

I mean i think its obvious that considering that Ichigo's Dad is a shinigami that it has something to do with his son's powers.
I agree about the hollow thing too, bet that Fisher wasn't really the killer!

Sorry, my mistake, I checked that on one manga, chap 167, and it seems that Byakuya is talking about Kaien Shiba. Although I'd like to think that it's someone else, since Byakuya doesn't mention his name and seems to be in bad terms with him... and I'm pretty sure there is some reference somewhere else to someone that is not Shiba, also, that part was slightly changed in the anime... But, oh well... I'd be giving too much credit to Tite Kubo if he actually was thinking of this already by that time.

*sigh*... Bleach. I've been so disappointed with this series for such a long time that this chapter, which should have been epic, felt so... bland. I can't help but think that Isshin should have come out long time ago. His appearance was handled horribly as well, he should have done something instead of just... *BAM* appears in front of Ichigo.

I doubt Ichigos Mom was a hollow, if she was, she would have been a Vasto Lorde or something, cause Espada class Hollows have a sign of their mask on their face. If she was a VL then she wouldn't have been killed by the Grand Fisher, it wouldn't have been able to kill her.

Hard to say what Ichigo is the other half of. All shinigamis have inner hollows so Ichigo's mom might not be a hollow. I'm interested in how the story will spin this.
Wait till we find out that Aizen is Ichigo's real dad.
ReplyDeleteHollow ichigo has always referred to ichigo has a king think that is strange that aizen is looking fir the kings key Ichigo is by no doubt of royalty ancestors his father isshin has a royal guard patch in his arm Ichigo's family relocated to the real world because of a threat on her unborn child in soul society at that point that would make sense.How Aizen fits into all this is not clear he could be related to him maybe an uncle or ichigo's mum brother it would make sense she changed her surname to avoid danger mind u this could have happened 20 years ago in the story line.

did anybody thought that maybe Ichigo s mother could be a quincy, remember , Shinigami killed many of them, becos they were "trying" to help them, isshin fell in love with one quincy, and quit his shinigami status, besides, i dont think hollows may bear children which ichigo s mom did 3 times , something to think about....

ReplyDeleteYeah I just thought of it lol just before your comment sneaked in above mine. That seems like one of the more likely possibilities as it's less ridiculous than Ichigo's mom being a hollow and less boring than Ichigo's mom just being a regular human.
ya well Thailand was damn hot(i think got around 40 celcius? lol) and my last mission is seriously damn tough but oh well its over though i have to say i enjoy the stay there - the people over there are friendly as well haha
