Naruto 565

Naruto and Bee battle fake Madara's Jinchuuriki puppets.

So much for Naruto's evil intent/sensing abilities.

Summary:
Bee tries to hit the Jinchuuriki puppets but finds the task almost impossible due to the shared field of vision among the puppets. Naruto, Bee and Hachibi take a huddle and decide they need to take out the puppets one at a time. Naruto remembers that these puppets probably have chakra transmitters on them just like Nagato's puppets, so he jumps out on his own. The lava guy Roshi attacks and Naruto catches the attack. Naruto then uses a fox arm to try to Raesangan Roshi's transmitter, but the big guy Han arrives to kick Naruto in the jaw. Bee catches Naruto and the two are sent flying back for a distance. Hachibi tells Bee that they are at a disadvantage in the forest, so Bee transforms into Hachibi to clear out the nearby trees.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Naruto and Bee are off to a not-so-impressive start against fake Madara's puppets. Naruto handled Nagato's Six Paths of Pain pretty well during that battle, so it's a bit disappointing to see that Naruto doesn't have much of a game plan against fake Madara's version even though Naruto is in a more powerful form than before. Instead, it looks like it'll be up to Bee and Hachibi to carry the fight in the early goings. Bee and Hachibi working in tandem are a force to be reckoned with, but I don't see them beating fake Madara. More likely, Bee is probably going to take one for the team and at least lose Hachibi. Regardless of what happens, Naruto has to step up to the plate one way or another.
  1. As pointed out, the trees are making it hard to keep track of them all, and the sharingan is helping them predict their actions.
    And you didn't mention Bee checking out Yugito when her shirt was ripped/cut? For shame.
    It was a funny detail, but it was an integral part of the action IMO.
