Bleach 508

Old man Yama unveils more of his bankai.

Overkill is not a concept that exists in Yamamoto's mind.

Summary:
Yamamoto brings out his insta-kill sword and untouchable suit of flaming armor. Now that his sword is gone, Bach results to firing an arrow but Yamamoto easily blocks it. Yamamoto charges but Bach sets up a giant trap spell to catch Yamamoto, but Yamamoto calls the South portion of his Zanka no Tachi bankai and summons a army of skeletons.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The old man is showing his hand, and at least for the moment Bach looks intimidated. Apparently the insta-kill sword and untouchable suit of flaming armor weren't enough, Yamamoto summons a skeleton army. And lets not forget that he probably has a North component to his bankai which probably drops the sun on the world or something along those lines. Makes you wonder how Bach can possibly defeat this guy, but of course Bach will somehow beat the old man. Aizen beat the old man with genjutsu. What's Bach gonna do?
  1. Actually, some cultures have a fifth cardinal direction, "center". So it's possible Old Man Genocide has two more powers to reveal.
    1. There is also up and down too lol. I don't think the old man needs any more moves though.
    2. True, but if he does have a fifth, "center", technique, I suspect it would be a suicide one. Either through his death powering the technique, or the technique killing everything, including himself.
      You can probably tell how I think this is going to go down from that.
    3. Didn't Yama already do a suicide move against Aizen... although that was kido.
  2. Have you guys noticed that since Ichigo has been absent the chapters have been a lot more fun? Ichigo was my favorite character in the manga from the start but his one move technique and his annoying personality sometimes gets on my nerve. i dont hate him, but i cant say i really like to see him say Getsuga Tenshou 4 Gizillion times whenever he's fighting someone.
    on a separate note there are sooo much potentials for the story at this stage. hypothetically speaking if the old man dies, imagine there is Aizen in the prison who can be freed at anytime, with the Zero squad and Bach who have nothing but hatread toward each others. Then we will have, for the first time, super strong enemies fighting for control, instead of one good guy using IDDQD and fighting a super villain, or rushing to save the princess.
    Don't disappoint me Bleach! keep up the great fights, keep the amazing drawings (and fantastic art style) but let Ichigo stay in the cage pls!! (>__<)
