One Piece 682

The fighting continues at Ceasar's lab, and Doflammingo learns of what's going on.

He might be the "Joker", but this ain't no laughing matter.

Summary:
Law is in the production room with the tank of SAD and has something naughty in mind. Meanwhile back at the passage way between blocks A and B, section A has been shut off again and the Marines think the Sanji is trapped, but Sanji soon appears carrying some marines in his arms. Sanji explains that Vergo suddenly left in the middle of the fight, and Sanji's legs are still hurt from the fight.

Vergo is on his way to find Law and calls Doflammingo who is lounging around in his palatial mansion. While nonchalantly trying to fend off a woman (a subordinate?) who is trying to kill him, Doflammingo tells Vergo to take care of Law and destroy the SAD production room. Doflammingo then calls Ceasar and Monet and tells them he is going to send some reinforcements.

Back in the lab, the small dragon is setting things ablaze with its fire breath. Kinemon and Brook argue over who should take on the dragon, but Nami, Usopp and Robin attack the dragon first. The dragon turns towards the Straw Hats and breathes fire, but Kinemon cuts the fire and he and Brook take down the dragon with their sword attacks. Kinemon seems to have a special hate for the dragon and keeps stomping on the beast even after it's defeated. Up ahead, Nami spots Chopper in Monster Point fighting the giant kids on an upper walkway.

At a checkup room in the lab, a kid asks one of Ceasar's sheep men about Kinemon's son Momonosuke who supposedly went into the forbidden room and turned into a dragon.

I wanted to see what Law was going to do with the SAD gas and find out more about what the gas does, but there was a lot of other stuff happening in this chapter. Doflammingo and his team finally made an appearance, and Luffy and friends will have to beat them all down along the way. We don't know what Doflammingo plans to do with the SAD, but obviously the guy is up to no good. There is another story line going on with Kinemon, his son Momonosuke and the dragons. It sounds like maybe some of the kids may be transformed into dragons, so Kinemon may end up fighting the son that he is trying to rescue. Maybe Momonosuke was also kidnapped during a dragon attack which would explain why Kinemon hates the dragons.
