Looks like someone is not happy.
Summary:
After talking to Ichigo, Byakuya actually dies for real(?). Meanwhile, Ichigo attacks Bach, but Bach easily pins Ichigo to the ground and stabs him in the neck. Bach plans to bring Ichigo back to his HQ, but he then realizes Ichigo has protected himself with Blut Vene and is about to open a can of whoop ass.

So apparently Ichigo has Quincy powers now. Whoop-dee-doo. On the other hand, I guess that's better than having Ichigo show up with instant teleport to save the day and then get defeated in 5 pages. Ichigo getting beat at this point, of course, would have been utterly stupid. I'm going to refrain commmenting too much on this Ichigo with Quincy power situation and see where Bleach is going with this.
In other news, it looks like Byakuya is really going to die. His zanpukto has shattered. Oh well.
Renji's zanpukutou shattered when Byakuya crushed him, and he survived. It's all a matter of whether somebody heals him or not.

DeleteI have to say, Bach needs to be certified as Clinically Insane, cant he clearly see the "Immortal Object" tag (SAO) above Ichigo & his Zanpakutō.
ReplyDeleteThat aside, Ichigo just keeps gaining more power levels/skills, I don't know if this has yet to be verified/confirmed (I took a hiatus a while back & just didn't really bother to catch up and simply continued from recent release). But I am beginning to wonder if Ichigo is even human at all. He doesn't just excel in on area but all. Just a thought.

ReplyDeleteWell Technically Two because Quincy are just Humans with High Spiritual Awareness. So Let's say his Father Was a Soul Reaper (Which Has Been Confirmed During The Aizen+Arrancar Vs SS Arcs) & his Mother Was a Quincy, Both His Parents used their Holy/FGT forms and Lost their Powers, Went to the Human World Got married Had 3 Kids (Middle Middle Middle) Ichigo Gains Hollow Powers Because Urahara & Ichigo Gains Fullbringer Abilities because of Kugo Ginjou. So 1/5 Shinigami 1/5 Quincy 1/5 Hollow 1/5 Fullbringer 1/5 Human. Also i Figured this is What Aizen was Going to tell him before Isshin stopped him back in the Arrancar Arc.
DeleteWell the two theories I've seen which with Kubo anything is possible. The first being that Ichigo's mother was an Ishida, and that's why Ryuken and Isshin are so familiar with each other. The last one being Zangetsu looks like he could be related to Bach, so that's how this miraculous event happened. Bach is Zangetsu's onii-san. lol It's anyone guess in reality though, or he just pulled this out of his ass like the norm.

DeleteMy theory is that Ichigo, in attempt to get out of the cage, copied the Blut ability. Which could also explain why he looks beat up, the Blut abilities are done by focusing reishi into the blood vessels, so applying it incorrectly caused some of his blood vessels to burst. Apply again and again until success or death.
